There will be an Improv meeting today at lunch in room 160 for both Improv Teams.

A huge congratulations to our Junior Girls’ Volleyball Team for winning EOSSAA yesterday in Pembroke. The entire team played their hearts out to beat Fellowes 2-1 in the final. This caps a tremendous season for this team who are KASSAA and EOSSAA Champs. Special congratulations to Ashley Raymond and Jessie Dean for making this year’s All-star team. Congrats girls – your coaches thank you for a great season.

It’s official – The Girls’ Ice Hockey team is heading to OFSAA! They punched their ticket yesterday afternoon with an 8-2 semi-final victory over LaSalle. Claire Sedgewick recorded a hat trick, Grace Campbell chipped in a pair and Emma Bennett, Kayla Smith and Sydney Branch, also scored in the win. Stay tuned for a possible “Fan Bus” for the finals tomorrow afternoon! Go Falcons!

A reminder to all girls interested in playing Rugby this year of the practice at 4:15 p.m. tomorrow. New players welcome!

Any swimmers who participated in EOSSA can come to the Modern’s Office to pick up their team shirts at lunch today.

Log into Myblueprint today and make sure you’ve actually submitted your courses by hitting the “review course selection” and following the instructions.

Congratulations to your Snowboarding Team for finishing 19th at OFSAA last week. Laim Garrison, Angus Skinner and Carter Haynes did amazing representing Frontenac in the toughest winter and hill conditions we have seen yet!

Any body that identifies as a male that is interested in attending a workshop about mental health on Friday, March 6th should talk to either the Adolescent Care Worker, Cindy, or Mr. Kenney / Mr. Patry in Student Services.

Looking for something to do at 4:00 p.m. today. Come cheer on the Girls’ Ice Hockey Team in their semi-final game against LaSalle at invista. Be there! Go Falcons!!

Attention any girls interested in trying out for the Senior Girls’ Soccer team. There will be a brief meeting in room 272 today at the start of lunch.

Practice for all Mathletes today in room 219. All absolutely must come. We have snacks!!

Attention Falcons! Come out and support the Improv Team at Regi H.S. this Friday night for a show that is fun and full of laughter. Junior Team competes at 5:30 p.m. and the Senior Team competes at 7:30 p.m. Hope to see you there!

Falcons, come down to the front foyer at lunch to get free hot chocolate and cookies.

The Culture Club begins its Mural Project at lunch today in the art room. We are still looking for artists to help us. Please join us at lunch today in room 150, the Art Room.

The SR. Girls’ Volleyball season came to an end last week against KCVI after having finished first in the league and going 30 and 6 over the course of their season. The coaches would like to particularly thank the graduating players Emily Rederick, Brighton Matheson, Emma Brennan and Mara Dowdell, for their contributions to the program. Special should out also goes to Jill Batsford and Brighton Matheson who represented the team at the all-star game. Congratulations on a great season ladies!

There is a meeting at lunch in room 271 for all girls interested in playing rugby this year. There is a SR. Boys Rugby practice today at 2:45 p.m.

The Percussion Ensemble meets today at lunch.

The Caribou Math Contest is this Thursday at lunch in room 114. Bring your lunch. This contest is open to all grades. You do NOT have to be taking math to participate. Come check it out!

The SR. Girls’ Volleyball team is asked to meet in room 273 briefly at the start of lunch today.

There will be a meeting at the start of lunch on Wednesday in room 271 for all girls interested in playing Rugby this spring.

A girls’ ice hockey Tuesday Two-fer. On Thursday, the Falcons wrapped up their regular season with a 6-0 victory over KCVI, securing a first place finish in the league standings. Yesterday, realizing the regular season standings did not guarantee playoff victories, the girls went back to work. In their quarter-final games, also against KCVI, the Falcons earned 5-1 victory, setting up a semi-final matchup next Monday against LaSalle. Keep up the good work girls – Go Falcons!

Teachers, please excuse members of the Girls Ice Hockey Team at 1:45 p.m. today for their quarter-final game against KCVI.

A huge congratulations to our Junior Girls Volleyball Team on their decisive 3-1 win yesterday over KC to win the KASSAA Championship. Congrats to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Good luck to the team next Monday at EOSSAA in Pembroke. A special congrats to Ashley Raymond and Jessie Dean for being named to the Allstar Team.

Congratulations to the Junior Boys’ Basketball Team on capturing the KASSAA Championship on Sunday. The team is off to EOSSAA tomorrow. Go Falcons.
