Hello Frontenac Secondary School Class of 2029 and Families!
Just a reminder that Grade 9 Orientation Day is coming up on Wednesday, August 27th! It will give students the opportunity to get to know each other and the building before the first day of school. Highlights include: school tours, an extracurricular carousel, snacks, and team building activities! Students will also receive their lockers/locks, up to date timetables, and a swag bag! Drop off is at 9:00 AM and pick up is at 12:00 PM.
Students are asked to please RSVP for the Orientation Day using the following Google Form: https://forms.gle/Q2B6pwg2wQ1gv7U69. Note: If students are unable to attend the Orientation Day, they will receive their lockers/locks and swag bags in their homeform class on the first day of school (Wednesday, September 3rd).
Items to Wear/Bring:
- (Optional) Clothing that matches your colour group (see below)
- Running Shoes
- Epipen, etc. if applicable
- Water Bottle
- Your Falcon Pride!

Timetables can now be accessed through students' LDSB ‘Minds Online’ Account. Once signed in, click on ‘Aspen’ in the banner. Detailed instructions can be found here.
If students are in need of a timetable fix (ie. not enough courses), Student Services will be open for timetable changes by appointment only starting on August 25th.
