Terry Fox Run 2025- It's not too late to donate!
In 1980, Terry had a dream of a world without cancer. Forty-five years later, Terry's Marathon of Hope lives on. If we work together, we can make a difference in the lives of so many. Please help fund critical cancer research in Canada by supporting Frontenac's participation in the 2025 Terry Fox School Run.   Crossing the finish line means hope for everyone with cancer. Together, we can Finish It.
Frontenac’s Terry Fox Run was today. Our digital page will remain open for donations as we are currently short of our goal of $3000. At the time of print, the Frontenac community raised $2535.
A digital donation can be made through our school’s Terry Fox fundraising page https://schools.terryfox.ca/105322
- Every dollar brings us closer to Terry’s dream of a world without cancer. Thank you for your support!

Once a Falcon, Always a Falcon T-shirts
Did you notice the awesome “Once a Falcon, Always a Falcon” t-shirts staff were wearing on the first day of school?  They’re now for sale on School Day!  Log in to purchase your own shirt for $22.00.  The proceeds go towards our very own School to Community class.  Orders close on September 19th, and shirts will be available for pick up on October 7th after school. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Leon's Kingston for their generous support of this school initiative. Thank you everyone for your support!
Attendance policy at FSS
Thank you to all parents/guardians for your support and communication around student attendance.
FSS Attendance Policy: Parents/guardians are asked to log in and report any late arrivals, early departures or full day absences to our SafeArrival app. Please click here for instructions on how to report your child's attendance. If the late/absence is not approved by a parent, the student will be assigned a 40 min lunch time detention within the next week. Students are encouraged to bring school work to their detention to make up for the missed class time. Students who miss their detention will be referred to a vice-principal for further follow up which may include enhanced academic support, attendance counsellor referral, or progressive discipline. The FSS Daily Schedule can be found here.
